Required documents for Canadian visitor visa applicant
Valid passport (With 1 year or more)
Digital passport-size photo (for minors)
Letter of invitation from person inviting you to Canada
Hotel reservation (for persons that do not have anyone in Canada)
Proof of the person inviting you to Canada status (Permanent Resident card, Canadian Passport)
Proof of relationship if a family member is inviting you
Travel History (copies of previous visas or travel stamps in your passport)
Proof of funds in the form of a bank statement (At least 6 months of account transaction statements, including balances)
Employment information (Job letter on the company’s letterhead)
Business registration certificate for business owners
Status letter from school for students
Proof of ties to your home country (house title, land title, marriage certificate, kids' birth certificate, etc.)
Consent letter and copy of parent(s) ID for minors from non-accompanying parent(s)
While certain documents are not mandatory, providing additional documentation enhances the likelihood of a successful visa application.

Hotel Reservation
If you don't have any contacts in Canada to visit, we can arrange a hotel reservation for you. With the hotel reservation, an invitation letter is not required. This reservation is intended for your visa application to visit Canada for vacation. However, it's not obligatory to stay at this specific hotel during your trip to Canada
Staying at a hotel can incur significant expenses, we therefore, suggest that you do not apply to stay form more than a week. You should ideally have at least $350,000 JMD available in your bank account to cover hotel accommodation and other expenses such as airfare and additional costs. It's essential to ensure that you can cover the cost of the hotel stay and have sufficient funds remaining for your trip.

Question: If I don't have any contacts in Canada, am I still eligible to apply?
Answer: Certainly, you can still proceed with your application and arrange a hotel reservation. However, in this case, you may need to provide additional proof of funds to support your application.
Question: Will I be required to attend an interview when applying for a Canadian visitor visa?
Answer: No, you will only be required to upload your supporting documents on the IRCC portal.
Question: How much money am I required to show as proof of funds?
Answer: While there is not a set amount, we suggest that you show enough to cover your round trip and other expenses during your visit.

Answer: You will received a letter from IRCC requesting you to submit your passport to a visa application center.
