If you meet the criteria outlined below, this service is tailored for you.

• You have received your passport as an adult on or after September 03, 2001.

• Your current passport is expired.

• Your passport will expired in one (1) year or less.

Requirements for Adult Passport Renewal

• A clear copy of your current passport

• A digital passport size photograph

• A valid email address

• A copy of your Jamaican Birth Certificate

• Information for two (2) emergency contacts (Full name, relationship to the applicant, home address, contact number and email address)

Upon completion of the renewal process and availability of your passport, you will receive an email confirmation. You can either collect it from the PICA office in Kingston or opt for delivery via DHL if you've selected that option.
